Like all of you, we at Envinity are adjusting to this rapidly developing global crisis. We urge that each of us act toward one another with care and compassion and do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
To us at Envinity, that means doubling down on our commitment to our purpose and our people. The climate crisis isn’t going anywhere, and neither are we, but we have changed the way we work. Early on, we formed a COVID-19 Response Team made up of our senior leadership and HR officers, who meet and update all 45 of our employees daily. Our office staff is working safely from their own homes to advance our business operations and take our services to the next level. However, due to the Governor’s Office order to halt all non-life sustaining business operations, our field operations have been put on hold until we believe it is safe to return to work. We continue to engage those employees with daily updates, online training opportunities, and the full support of the company. We live in a time where technology makes this shift seamless, and lucky to have such an incredible team committed to supporting each other and our communities right now.
Envinity will follow the CDC and the WHO protocol for social distancing and virus prevention. Envinity’s Commercial Engineering team is working remotely to support healthcare facilities execute response plans and adapt facilities to provide surge capacity.
If you are a client of our Envinity Residential Services Team (Solar, EV Chargers, Solar Energy Storage, HVAC Maintenance, Install, Design, Construction), thank you so much for your support and understanding during this “temporary new normal”. It is our main goal that all of our customers and employees in the Envinity family stay well. With that being said, we will be complying with Governor Wolf’s order to “shelter in place” and will not working on job sites until that order has been lifted.
For those wondering if you can still work with Envinity right now:
We have adjusted our operation to minimize human contact. We now offer virtual “visits” with our solar and construction teams, and our technical experts can work with you to talk through any issues you may be having. As always, you can reach out by phone, email, or through Envinity.com to get answers to any of your questions along the way. Per COVID-19 protocols, we cannot fulfill orders until social distancing is no longer necessary.
For those of you awaiting installation of your project:
Per COVID-19 policy from the offices of the Governor, we are pausing all planned installations. When social distancing protocols are no longer necessary, we’ll get in touch with you—ready to continue our mission of making your homes and businesses more energy efficient.
For those of you whom we count among our existing customers:
If you’re experiencing an issue with your installed equipment, call or email your primary point of contact. We’ll do everything we can to service your system remotely. If that does not solve the issue, we will talk through other options customizable to your situation.
If customers are struggling with past due balances, we understand. We ask that you contact your primary point of contact so that we can work out a customizable payment plan.
From all of us here at Envinity, we wish you all the best in these troubling times. We will always remain part of your community and ready to help when called up.
Please feel free to contact us directly at 814.231.3927 with questions, or reach out to our COVID Response Team, at [email protected]. We look forward to working with you to ensure your project gets done safely!
