Out of state solar projects will no longer receive solar production tax credits (SRECs). This was a terrible law that was unique to PA and essentially subsidized out of state solar projects with PA tax dollars and sent jobs out of the state.

Now solar owners will likely see a greater value for their Solar Credits helping PA Solar compete with MD, and NY.
